Delivery Information and Shipping Policy

Costs

Free delivery on purchases over $50. If your order is under $50, a standard shipping fee of $8.50 will be applied. There is no additional shipping cost, if your order includes a postage free item.

Same-Day Dispatch

All in-stock orders placed before 4pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Times

As a general guideline, deliveries to major cities will take 2 to 3 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Notes

Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a $8.50 re delivery fee.

If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
